We aim to bring you the best in baby and child products and stand by that commitment. If you don’t love using your Smilo feeding and soothing products after 30 days, please contact customer service to arrange for a full product refund at: [email protected]. Please note that used Baby Loungers, used Monarch Nursing Pillows or used replacement Fabric Covers cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, see the FAQ return policy exceptions for details.

What’s the return policy?

We accept returns after using soothing and feeding products for 30 days. This is our satisfaction guarantee. We believe in the performance of our products, and they should match your expectations. We ask that you use the products for 30 days since it can take a bit for babies to get used to new products, especially feeding and soothing items. Used Baby Loungers, used Monarch Nursing Pillows or used replacement Fabric Covers cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, please see the FAQ return policy exceptions for details. All return for refund items must be returned to our warehouse. Please email [email protected] with your order confirmation number or call 1-844-MY-SMILO to return items. Please note: if you would like us to provide a return label, we will deduct the cost of the label from the refund.

Are there any exceptions to the 30-day return policy?

The Baby Lounger, Monarch Nursing Pillow and replacement Fabric Covers can be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery. Used Loungers, used Pillows and used Covers cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.  Only a Lounger, Pillow or Cover in new condition and in its original sealed packaging can be returned.  A Lounger, Pillow or Cover that has been opened or tampered with is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.  Returned Loungers or Pillows that show signs of usage will not be eligible for a refund.  Please email [email protected] with your order confirmation number or call 1-844-MY-SMILO to arrange a return. If you would like us to provide a return label, we will deduct the cost of the label from your refund.
